What a year @tim_palen has had so far!

Tim kicked things off with a Cocodona 250 finish, and now he is also a Western States 100 Mile finisher!

There wasn’t much recovery time between races but Tim and Coach @feet2feat made it happen. Team work made the dream work!

It’s been amazing to see all the support the Sundog community has shown to each other and to see everyone reconnect at races throughout the year.

Special shoutout and congratulations to Melissa Perez who not only finished Cocodona250 as 16th place female, but also graduated from grad school just before toeing the line.

Training got shuffled around at times but Melissa’s commitment to being on the starting line of Cocodona prepared to have her best week, never wavered.

We’re fortunate to have a wonderful local race series that includes both road and trail races, put on by the Black Hills Running Club.

Recently, we finally made it out to BearLodge 10k in Sundance, WY and then we followed that up with Rattler 5 Mile here in town.
