His athletes consistently reach new milestones, from finishing their first ultra to earning podium spots and 100-mile buckles.

As a husband and father, Ron brings a balanced, real-world approach to training—helping athletes build strength, resilience, and confidence not just for race day, but for the long journey leading up to it.

Anna Frost

Anna’s coaching philosophy is passion, consistency and progression. She loves and understands science, but even more importantly, she believes it has to be in your heart, it has to be interesting and fulfilling, you have to love the journey.

Anna is a mother and has a 20 year career in professional trail, ultra and mountain running. She has raced all over the world in every distance and terrain possible. She has had many successful races from stage races, vertical kilometers and all distances up to 100miles. She has had her ups and downs, injury, fatigue, wins, DNF’s and from all of this she has grown into a better athlete, a more rounded, complete and efficient runner and person.

Anna grew up playing every sport she could including field hockey, rowing, touch rugby, cross country running and triathlon as well as getting outdoors on overnight hikes, camping and adventure racing. Anna went on to study Physical Education at Otago University which covered everything from personal training, coaching, teaching, sports science including biomechanics, anatomy, sports psychology and nutrition. She followed her Science Bachelor up with a Post-Graduate Diploma in teaching. She then went to Europe to take on the mountain and trail running world.

She has concentrated on balanced living, hormone control, nutrition, lifestyle, relationships and compassion. Anna’s passion is to share her experience, her knowledge and her love for running, training, cross training and racing with you. She has always trained and coached with a priority on self awareness. To read, listen and react to your own body.  But she understands and loves science and will work with you to find your best motivation, direction and goals in whichever way suits you best.

Anna is happy to work with people of all levels and all ages, beginners who want to complete your first race, or if you are already a runner and you want to increase your training and racing mileage safely and progressively, or if you are training for a specific race/goal.
